FAQ for Antara by Sleeping Lion

1. What is the check-in/ check-out time?
   Our check-in time is at 3pm onwards and check-out time is before 12.00pm.
   All late check-out requests are subject to availability.
   All check-out from 6.00 pm onwards will be charged an equivalent of a full night room rate.
2. Are children allowed to stay for free with their parents or guardians?
   Children up to 12 years old can enjoy their stay with their parents or guardians in the same room with existing bedding and sleeping arrangement.
3. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
   Pets are not allowed at our premises to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
4. Is extra bed or cribs available?
   We do not provide extra bed; however, cribs are provided free of charge upon request and subject to availability.
5. Does the hotel provide car park for staying guests?
   Car park is available on site with charges.
6. Do you provide smoking room?
   Smoking is not permitted in all of the guest rooms. Evidence of violation against our smoke-free principle will result in a charge of RM500.00 to your hotel room bills.
   A designated smoking area has been arranged at Ground Level.
7. Is there an age restriction for booking a reservation?
   While anyone can book a reservation online, the person checking in must meet the age requirement and provide a valid ID and payment method.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
   Reservations made at Antara by Sleeping Lion are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. Once a booking is confirmed, the full payment amount is charged and retained, regardless of changes in travel plans, emergencies, or any unforeseen circumstances.
9. Does the hotel offer free Wi-Fi?
   Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
10. Deposit collection
    A refundable security deposit of RM300/unit/stay may also be required upon check-in. This will cover incidental charges and will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damages or additional charges occur.
    Guests are required to sign an acknowledgment form agreeing to the terms of this Deposit Collection Policy at the time of payment.
11. Sustainability Charges
    Sustainability Fee of RM3 per room per stay and can pay at the Reception Counter upon check in.
12. Damage / Vandalism
    Antara by Sleeping Lion reserves its absolute rights to commence any legal action or proceedings against the guests in relation to any damages incurred to the rooms or to the property while in the premise.
